There is no other place in the world that beats the famous Lord Stow’s Portuguese Egg tarts. The light flaky, crispy pastry cupping some delicious smooth, creamy soft delicate and sweet creamy custard with their signature black spotting on the top. No visit to Macau is without having one of these delicious morsels. You can by them individually for by the box load to have in or take away. You take your pick.
There is now a small kiosk for those who are interested in taking way which is 15 metres away from the main store in the Venetian shopping mall. If they were not so calorie intensive I would probably order six and eat them all by myself. Yes they are that good.
Egg Tarts – These little snacks are best eaten when they are hot to enjoy the flavours that melts in your mouth. The pastry have a delicious butter crusts that crumble upon first bite and the egg custard has a smooth creamy consistency, once you finish one, you will be crying out for more.
