Caffe Laffare – WOAP

www.misopeckish.comMy second WOAP eat f0r 2017.  I must admit after flicking through the number of dine pages, there were not a lot of options that tickled my fancy this year.   What I have noticed over the years is the increase in price for a WOAP meal.  I recall a few years ago you could get a decent lunch option  for $15, now everything seem to cost at a minimum $20-$25.
